Brief Profile

Dr Jyotsana Sharma is a faculty of Human Resource and Organizational Behaviour at IILM, Jaipur. She has a vast experience of 14 Years of teaching at UG and PG level. Dr Jyotsana has been supervising PhD candidates and has two books and various research papers to her credentials, she has also presented research Papers in various national and international journals. Her area of research includes, various dimensions of  organizational behaviour, consumer behaviour, psychological issues, organizational commitment and latest trends in the field of HR.
