Dr. Swati Bhargava is a Faculty of Marketing and Operations at IILM Academy of Higher Learning Jaipur. She has completed her doctorate from MDS University, Ajmer in Management, MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, MDS University, Ajmer and has qualified UGC-NET JRF in management.

She has 10+ years of academic experience and has a number of research papers in journals of repute and paper presentations in national and international conferences on various themes related to retailing, analytics etc. Her research interest is in the area of Marketing, Finance and Operations.
